CHAPTER 7 BANKRUPTCY PREPARATION ONLY $200

This is our TOTAL fixed fee for the preparation of all necessary bankruptcy forms including but not limited to joint filings, Court filing fee waiver or Court filing fee payment plan. (The Court filing fee for Chapter 7 is $299 payable to the local court).  While most Attorneys and Bankrutcy Petition Preparers require payment in advance of services-we do not.  No payment is required until your forms are complete and you are satisfied with the results.  Our process is this; We provide you with a questionnaire along with simple basic instructions on how to complete the form.  Once you have completed the questionnaire you can return it to us by e-mail, mail, or in person and we will prepare the final documents.  Upon completion of your documents we will schedule a meeting and you will have the opportunity to review the final bankruptcy forms and go over any questions you may have.  Payment is required only upon your final acceptance of the forms.

We provide same day service for your convienence and we will provide computer generated professionally typed Federal and Local Bankruptcy forms for your use.
